台北市政府今天舉辦「大巨蛋園區防災避難安全研討會」，會後市長柯文哲表示，安檢問題應回到國家機制，由營建署做最後評定。
北市「大巨蛋園區防災避難安全研討會」上午登場，柯文哲會後受訪表示，安檢問題最後還是需要政府公權力，政府要承擔責任。地方政府在BOT案角色矛盾，一方面是財團夥伴，一方面又代表公權力。媒體問權利金問題，柯表示，最重要的是要先解決安全問題，之後再討論權利或美觀問題，今天討論有很多聲音，希望溝通尋求共識。
